Mowen Tag & Title opened it's doors on April 1st 2022, we are a privately owned Public Tag Agency located in Jennings Louisiana.  In addition to the normal services provided by a PTA we also provide notary services and our sister business Drive Right Schools, which is in the same location, is our driving school where we teach drivers ed and road skills for those looking to get a Louisiana drivers license.
